Patricia Ann Baldt

Vice President

Beginning as a Regional Manager in 2007, Patricia Baldt is currently Vice President of Westgate Management since 2017.  Pat brings 36 years of property management experience, including 29 years in Public and Multi-Family Housing.  Pat’s extensive experience includes all aspects of property management from facilities and construction management, to new development and rehabilitation, in both affordable and conventional management as well as her privately owned properties.   

Pat provides leadership, ongoing training and support to the Regional Property Managers, and the management and maintenance staff of 13 Westgate owned communities and direct oversite for 3 properties under 3rd party management agreements.  Pat has been integral in updating or developing Westgate policies and procedures, and all operational compliance areas over the last 13 years.  

Pat earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from La Salle University and is licensed in PA and NJ as a real estate salesperson.  She enjoys spending time with her grown children, grandchildren and friends.  Pat enjoys reading and writing, and is an award-winning sprint triathlete.
