Steven Friedman

President

Mr. Friedman has been with Westgate Management for over 25 years in various positions prior to being appointed President in January of 2015. Mr. Friedman’s background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management and over 30 years of property management experience.

Patricia Ann Baldt

Vice President

Pat brings 36 years of property management experience, including 29 years in Public and Multi-Family Housing.  Pat’s extensive experience includes all aspects of property management from facilities and construction management, to new development and rehabilitation and more.

Michelle Peterson

Regional Property Manager

Michelle brings 20 years of experience in the multifamily industry, with experience in managing affordable housing programs. Michelle currently oversees management operations of over 980 units consisting of Conventional and Projected Based Section 8, located in Pennsylvania.

Westgate Management Company, Inc. is a full-service property management firm specializing in the development and management of affordable and market rate residential communities in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Founded in 1985, Westgate self manages most of its portfolio but also provide fee management services for owners and investors in properties developed and subsidized under various Department of Housing and Urban Development or State Finance Agency programs including the project-based Section 8 Rental Assistance Program.

Our main goal and focus are consistently providing clean, safe and sanitary housing for our residents, a welcoming and rewarding work environment for our employees, and dependable financial returns for our partners and investors.
